Welcome to 35 Neville Street, Spreydon. After seven years of living here, it's time for us to move on. The house was built in the 1920s, with add-ons in subsequent years, and has been re-piled, re-wired, and re-plumbed. A few years ago, we laid sub-floor insulation.
